What to do at Gornergrat in Summer
Gornergrat boasts one of the finest panoramas in the world but it is also a great area for summer activities and spending some quality time with family.
‘Meet the sheep’ themed trail is one of the best ways to admire the charming blacknose sheep. Along this trail, you will easily find videos, facts and figures about this local breed, as well as interesting information about grazing on the Alps, the flowers and animals that thrive on the Gornergrat.
If you'd rather take it indoors due to bad weather, just step into the nearby 'ZOOOM the Matterhorn' multimedia exhibition for an up-close look at one of Switzerland's most iconic landmarks - included with your ticket price if Gornergrat is the start or end station of your ticket.
